LADY DEATH and LUCIFER waged a battle that shook hell itself. LADY DEATH demanded her life back. LUCIFER said that her request was within his reach, but he refused to do it. He made her beg for his forgiveness, she refused. Instead, she told him that he'd made a fatal mistake.
